What to Expect

• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time
• Be sure to bring a Photo ID.
• Here is what will take place:
• Complete form in waiting room
• Have your temperature taken at that time
• Receive pregnancy options and information from a trained client advocate
• Meet with Nurse for medical consult (if applicable)
• Proof of Pregnancy document provided, with a test result at our center
• Make next appointment (if applicable)

Note: If you are experiencing any of these symptoms:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Breathing issues
• Sore throat

Or have been around others with these symptoms, please call our office first.

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for this or other reasons (such as severe weather) should they arise.

During high flu seasons we request you limit who comes with you to your appointment.
